Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bunched.io and the website design, hosting, and maintenance services provided by Bunched LLC (“Bunched,” “we,” “us”), based in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, United States. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Bunched designs, builds, hosts, maintains, and grows websites for a flat monthly fee. The specific deliverables, features, and support included depend on the plan you select, as described on our Plans page. We may update, improve, or adjust the scope of a plan over time; material changes to an active plan will be communicated to you in advance.
Plans, billing & payment
- Plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, in advance.
- Fees are charged automatically to your payment method on each renewal date.
- Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, including hosting, until the balance is settled.
Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. On cancellation we will help you transition your site and hand off your content and assets cleanly.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any content, materials, or access we reasonably need to deliver the services, and to do so in a timely way. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you supply, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or services to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware, spam, or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content; or
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual property
On full payment for the relevant period, you own the final content and custom design deliverables produced specifically for your site. Bunched retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how, along with any third-party components, which remain subject to their own licenses. The Bunched name and brand remain our property.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party providers — such as Cloudflare for hosting and security and Google for analytics. Your use of the site may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for the availability or actions of those third parties.
Warranties & disclaimers
We work hard to deliver reliable, high-quality services, but the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunched will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect on the date posted. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
